The Challenge:
To create a high value ticketed activation experience for the clients at Gardens by the Bay, while also putting on a profitable full length dinosaur show.
How:
By working directly with the GBB team and OnArt team, we created a low risk show scope that was affordable to deliver also provided high value to both our clients in Singapore and our long-time partners On-Art. “OnArt", Japan's leading company in creating realistic dinosaurs are looking to break into the international market. To that end, they are partnering with stu.inc as an event producer. We are using our contacts in the Japanese broadcasting and IT sector, as well as contacts in Asia to bring the amazing dinosaur show around the world. The first show we will be putting on is in February 2020 at Gardens by the Bay in Singapore. Our work consists of negotiating fees for the dinosaur maker, handle on-site event management, technical aspects, marketing and coordination.
